. New MD at Bupa International . Alistair How has been appointed managing director of Bupa International. He succeeds Keith Biddlestone who is retiring after 25 years with Bupa.  How was previously in charge of Bupa's 301 UK care homes. He has over 20 years' experience in international markets having held business development and strategy roles at The Boots Company plc, including the expansion of Boots into international markets. He has also worked at KPMG, ICI and Kodak. Ray King, Bupa's chief executive, said: "Alistair's extensive experience in international businesses equip him well to lead Bupa International in the next stage of its development. "Keith has had a long and successful career with Bupa and, for the last four years, has led Bupa International through a sustained period of growth. We wish him well in retirement."
