Increased flexibility for your group clients Solutions is now even better To help you give your group clients, with between 2 and 249 employees, total flexibility in their purchase of private medical insurance (PMI) we have made a number of improvements to our Solutions policy. The Reduced Cover for Out-patient Treatment (Option 8) has been changed as follows: The selection of Option 8 is no longer linked to the choice of other options within the policy: –Option 8 can be selected without having to select Option 7 (Selected Benefit Reduction). –Your clients can now choose any combination of options, making the product totally flexible. Option 8 now includes all out-patient treatment whether or not related to in-patient or day-patient treatment subject to a limit of £1000 per person, per policy year. The following out patient treatment is paid in full: radiotherapy; chemotherapy; CT, MRI & PET scans. These changes are in place with immediate effect and, we hope, will enable you to offer your group clients (2-249 employees) a PMI product to suit both their needs and their budget. Current Policies All current policies will remain on their current policy terms until the renewal of their policy. At that time they will be able to make use of the increased flexibility of the product, detailed above.
